The Agricultural Company La Fenice was founded in 2010 as organic spice manufacturer, pointing its focus on the wild fennel seed plantation. In terms of productive diversification, in 2017 was launched the first liqueur, a digestive made with wild fennel seeds and herbs characterized by a very original taste.
Cruscò in the sweet and spicy flavor (with the addition of chili pepper) is a unique and special liqueur, where the twirling shapes of the pepper cover all over the elegant shape of the glass bottle and plunge into a fine liqueur, whose original flavor is due to the perfect harmony between natural herbs and sweet forest honey produced in Basilicata.
The crusco pepper derives from a variety of goat horn pepper seeds cultivated by the Agricultural Company La Fenice.
